What:

CSP Strength Camps have been delivering the best structured group training fitness environment in Boston's Metro-West since the fall of 2012. Classes feature a high-energy and supportive environment involving dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, and more. Each session runs exactly 60-minutes in length and is supervised by CSP Strength Camp Coordinator, Frank Duffy.

When:

  • Mornings  Mon-Wed-Fri: 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 9:30am
  • Evenings  Tue & Thu: 6:45pm
